Do you offer a sample?(sample order)
Yes, we'd like to provide free sample or customized sample for checking quality. but need to charge sample fee according to our company rule, or you can get free sample made against little bulk deposit.
Can you send the photo of the hats to me before shipping?
Yes we do, we ship the hats only after you satisfy with the hats.

What are your payment items?
Generally, we require full payment. For bulk orders, we require a 30% deposit before the start of production. The remaining 70% is due before your items are shipped.
